Upstairs the large bathroom is partially refurbished with a new shower, twin vanity and skylight, the corner spa bath is original and there is a separate toilet. The living / dining room has reverse cycle air conditioning, leather couches, a large dining table and also has a wide screen TV with DVD and Austar Satellite TV package. The well equipped kitchen has oven, dishwasher and microwave. Apartment 1 has a washing machine and dryer in the large laundry, access to BBQ in garden and outdoor setting for 8.
